This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Monster Tools subscriptions, operated by StoresWiki LLC. It applies alongside, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from a new paid subscription within 14 days of purchase. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately during that period, any refund may be reduced in proportion to the use already made, as permitted by law. To request a withdrawal, email [email protected] with your account email.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new period has begun, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service failure, contact us and we will make it right.
