Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Monster Tools, the online tools platform at monstertools.cabscloud.com, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Lewes, Delaware, USA ("Monster Tools", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Monster Tools provides a suite of online utilities and SEO/web tools, available on free and paid subscription plans. We may add, change or retire individual tools over time to keep the service current.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in with email or with Google.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle at the price shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account.
  • Plan limits (such as usage or API access) are described on the pricing page and in your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the tools for unlawful purposes, to overload or disrupt the service, to reverse engineer it, to resell access without authorisation, or to submit content you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its tools and content are owned by StoresWiki LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit; we process it only to deliver your results.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance may occasionally interrupt access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and reflects your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, with the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
